When I reached college I was a hefty 18+ stone and getting bigger.
My stamina and weight were very poor.
I was limited in factors such as sustainability movement and health.
Being a large weight limited me in rehearsals as I would get tired quickly and could not move as fluidly as I would have liked. I would get through sessions on willpower and then go and eat eat and eat.
This was my routine act-college-learn-eat-eat-eat. I didn't have a clue the implications of the foods I would eat would have on my concentration and ability to function.
Being morbidly obese was not desirable to me. I would eat foods that were high Gi (fast energy lots of sugars) instead of opting for low Gi foods (long lasting energy) and this effected my energy levels throughout the day.

It suddenly clicked in my mind that to perform longer and concentrate more I needed to change my ways. The food would also make my mood alter rapidly I used to get very frustrated.
Also my complexion would often be really bad and spotty. After debate with myself I decided to get healthy and dispell the negativity from my life.
This realization opened up a whole new world for me as I then began looking into the mechanics of the body and began tolose weight and experiment with new movement.

I lost the weight and went a little to far losing too much and becoming unhealthily thin.
Then I decided to take my interest into the human body further to understand the possibilities and became a personal trainer.

I now have the knowledge to slim down bulk up and how to use the functionality of my body.
Having this information allows me to transform myself into any character I choose. In conjunction with my own mental/physiological methods of training all knowledge on how your body reacts moves and learns is vital to your own personal development.
