Everyday we communicate our thoughts through voice and sound.
Every animal utilizes noise/vocals to grasp attention from each other.
Every pitch can be vital in performance as to what you make another person/the audience feel. In creating a character an actor can use this to their advantage.
The way in which they do this is simple and yet can appear complex that post performance debate can be evoked as to what the character was trying to emote/achieve in a specific moment.
Just by changing the volume pitch texture etc an actor can draw the audience into the space and provoke them into feeling something for the character.
An example would be your favorite song, this can make you feel joyful energized just through voice.
It is such an important element when we communicate with other characters and display our inner thoughts through monologues etc.
So we must train the voice to be able to sustain our emotions so that when we perform we have enough vocal stamina to carry out multiple performances.
To train the voice you must use it by firstly warming up with exercises such as tongue twisters like:

Try using these before a performance to lubricate the mouth and vocal cords.
Also play with the volume whilst you are doing it so the voice can get used to what is to come.
